QHow will I receive the invoice?
The invoice will be emailed in PDF version to the email address that you provided to us.
QWill there be GST charged in invoice?
GST (8%) will be imposed to companies registered in Singapore. The GST will be zero-rated (0%) for companies registered outside of Singapore. However, overseas companies are responsible to settle any taxation based on your country’s law and are required to pay the exact amount as per the invoice without deducting any sum from the total. To make it clear, any tax imposed by the country’s regulation (i.e. withholding tax, digital tax, etc) should be solely responsible by the customers to be settled to the residing country without any obligations turned over to TS Cloud.
QHow can I make the payment and what is the payment term?
You can settle the payment by the end of the invoice issued month and the payment can be made by cash remittance or telegraphic transfer. All remittance or telegraphic transfer fees shall be borne by the customer.
QWhen will I receive the monthly recurring invoice?
The invoice will be issued by the 5th workday of each month. The USD exchange rate will be based on the OCBC Bank Foreign Exchange rate on the invoice issue day.
QDo you provide monthly statements (details of charges)?
No, we do not provide monthly statements. You can view your monthly charges in the billing tab in the GCP Project Management Console.
QWill the transfer of the GCP billing account to TS Cloud incur service interruption?
There will be no service interruption or anomalies in GCP usage during the transfer of your GCP billing account to TS Cloud.
QIs there a minimum payment threshold?
Due to consideration of internal operating costs, the minimum usage threshold is set at US$100 per month, which means if your usage is less than the said threshold, you will be charged a minimum of US$100 (excluding taxes if any). We value your understanding.
QI’m currently binding my GCP Billing account with a credit card. Will it still incur charges after I transfer my billing account to TS Cloud?
After the billing account is transferred to TS Cloud, the subscription fee will no longer be charged to your credit card. However, be reminded that the payment method for Google is “use first, pay later”, where your previous subscription fee with Google may incur final charges to your credit card up to your transfer date to TS Cloud. For example, the subscription fee will be charged to your credit card between 1st January to 14th January if the transfer is made on 15th January.
QCan I cancel the GCP Fee Collection Service with TS Cloud during my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel the GCP Fee Collection Service anytime after a 1-year contract with TS Cloud. You are required to notify us with an official email at least 1-month prior to your decided contract termination date.
QHow can I track the GCP consumption and billing details?
We offer DataStudio dashboard customization upon request where you can view your consumption data and the fee details at a glance at your convenience.
QCan I be notified if my spending exceeds a certain limit? (Budget setting is required)
Yes, you can let us know your budget limitation and an alert can be set to automate notification by the system for the occurrence.
